This verse reminds us that each new day is a fresh start, filled with God's compassion and faithfulness.
Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. — Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV)
Reflection
Jeremiah wrote these words in a time of sorrow, yet he clung to hope. God's love is steadfast, and His mercies are never-ending. No matter what yesterday held, today is a new opportunity to experience His grace.
When you feel overwhelmed, remember that God's faithfulness is greater than your struggles. His compassion is fresh every morning, ready to meet you right where you are.
Let this truth encourage you: You are never beyond the reach of God's love and mercy.
