The Great Commission: Purpose in Matthew 28:19-20

Jesus gives us a mission that reaches beyond ourselves—a call to share His love and truth with the world.

This verse reminds us that every believer is invited into God's story of redemption, empowered to make a difference wherever we go.

Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. — Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

Reflection

The Great Commission is more than a command; it's an invitation to join God's work. We are called to share the hope of Jesus, teaching and encouraging others to follow Him.

You don't have to travel far to make an impact. Every conversation, act of kindness, and prayer can be a step in making disciples.

Let this verse inspire you: You are part of God's mission, equipped and sent to share His love with the world.

Today's Action

Pray for someone who needs to know God's love. Look for a way to share your faith today, even in a small way.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for inviting me into Your mission. Help me to share Your love and truth with those around me.
